The experience was definitely a roller coaster. It had it's ups and downs, but ended up on the upside. I was told the service would take a little over an hour and I would be notified when my vehicle was ready. Almost two hours later, I arrived back at the dealership to check in because I had not been contacted. I was told that my vehicle was up on a lift and still had about thirty minutes worth of service to be completed. But that thirty minutes wouldn't begin until the service tech returned from lunch in an hour. So basically, I was going to have to wait another hour and a half. Not good with me at all! I do not live in Enid and had no other errands that were going to take me that long to complete. So basically I would be sitting in the waiting area for the entire time. Another not good! However, it all ended very well. Gary Collins the service advisor actually had gone and completed the remaining work himself. He even washed the vehicle. I was very impressed that he took the initiative to do this so I did not have to sit and wait for no reason. I will go again for my next service and I will definitely ask for Gary Collins to be my service advisor again! He made what I was sure to be a horrible experience into something very pleasant.
