The staff is always great when I come to Northcutt! However, I was there 2 weeks earlier for a problem with my coolant housing and a vent hose. I thought I may be having a problem with my turbo booster at that time as I had mentioned I thought that might be the problem. However, they assured me it wasn’t my turbo booster. Two weeks later my engine light comes back on and I bring it back in and they tell me now it’s my turbo booster. Although I can’t afford to pay the $1,500 right now to get my turbo booster fixed, I was disappointed they still charged me the $123 diagnostic fee when I asked specifically about the turbo booster at my recent visit, 2 weeks prior.
