NARDIN, OK | 2021 Chevrolet SuburbanMarch 3, 2023Had issues with the rear differential in our 2021 Suburban. Took it to Northcutt and they made a first attempt to resolve but did not pan out. Took back and they took the differential out and worked with the company and had a new one shipped. Took a couple of weeks so they provided a loaner car for the time it was down. We have bought several vehicles from them and are a great dealership. Will keep returning to them in the future.Response from Northcutt Chevrolet-Buick

ENID, OK | 2017 Chevrolet TahoeFebruary 28, 2023We recently bought a 2017 chevy tahoe and after having for two months we were coming home from a trip and the transmiision failed. The cooler line detached from radiator and dumped tranny fluid out, the transmission failed. The warranty company from a third party offered by northcutt didnt want to cover the transmission replacement at all. It was not northcutts fault but the warranty company was to blame. Northcutt tried to fight for us but the warranty company weasled out of it. So now we cancelled them. The transmission was replaced, but we still had to come up with half the cost because we were able to use 90 day warranty. The bottom line is dont buy extended warrany !
