I had previously gone to the Ford dealership to look at vehicles. After finding out my financial situation I felt less then welcome. When my wife and I went to Northcutt’s we had been working all day and were not very presentable. The salesman, Mike Cline, greeted us without hesitation and treated us respectfully. Mike worked late two days in a row to meet with us and accommodate our work hours. We even called Mike at his house to ask him a question. When we spoke with the Finance Manager he did not judge us and was very honest about our credit. He even took the time to talk with us about ways to build our credit. The whole experience was very pleasurable and we never felt pressured. This is the first NEW car that we have ever purchased. I commend Northcutt’s on their honesty and hard work. They did not work hard to make a sale, they worked hard so we could own a new vehicle. ~Darin M.

Just wanted to say Thank You! to your staff. Willi K went way beyond a "salesman" when my 86 yr old mother's new car had a flat. He went to her house, jacked up her car (in his white shirt & tie) , and put her spare, then drove it to the dealership. She had hit something.
